I’m a Software Engineer at Synology Inc., passionate about building AI systems that solve real-world problems at scale.
Currently, I lead the development of AI Advisor, a customer-facing chatbot serving 50k+ global users monthly, and Synology InSyde, an AI Agent for intelligent task automation on Synology DSM.
Background
I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. Before joining Synology, I worked as a Research Assistant at Academia Sinica, where I contributed to reinforcement learning research that led to a publication at IJCAI-25.
